Installing and Starting Adaptec Storage Manager
Logging into Remote Systems
To log into a remote system:
1Click Remote > Add Remote System.
Storage Manager displays the login screen, as shown below.
2Type the IP address.
The default System startup port number, 34571, is supplied for
you.
3For Username, type admin
4For Password, type adaptec
Note: The username and password are case sensitive.
Once you are logged in for the first time, you can add new accounts
and change account passwords. For details, refer to the online
Help.
