Carrier and Reagent Gas Requirements

Table 6 lists the specifications for the carrier and reagent gases. Pressures and flows are as measured at the bulkhead fittings on the back of the instrument, not at the gas supply. We recommend that additional shut-off valves be installed near the instruments.
