OPERATION

The unit is designed to greatly reduce the clipping and debris build up on the cooler. However the cooler will periodically need to be inspected and cleaned to remove material, usually once or twice a day depending on mowing conditions. Use a short brush to brush the clippings off the cooler fins on the underside. Brush the clippings out from under the tank where the air enters the cooler. Remove any debris or clippings from the top of the fan as needed. If the cooler becomes excessively clogged, the oil temperature could become too high.

During sharp turns be careful not to allow the tire to come in contact with the tongue or other parts of the mower. When you get to the end of a pass, slightly raise the mower (2-4”) before turning. Never raise the mower entirely while the blades are turning. If the mower must be raised higher than 12” from ground level, disengage the tractor PTO and wait for all mower rotation to come to a complete stop before proceeding to raise the mower. NEVER raise the mower wings while the blades are turning. OPS-R-0027F

Do not let the Blades turn when the Mower Deck is raised for any reason, including clearance or for turning. Raising the Mower deck exposes the Cutting Blades which creates a potentially serious hazard and could cause serious injury or even death from objects thrown from the Blades. (SRM-07)
