Removing the Video-Card Heat-Sink Fan(s)

Prerequisites
1Remove the battery pack. See "Removing the Battery Pack" on page 12.
2Remove the base cover. See "Removing the Base Cover" on page 14.
Procedure
1Disconnect the primary video-card heat-sink fan cable from the connector on the
system board.
2Remove the primary video-card heat-sink fan cable from the routing guides on the
computer base.
3Loosen the captive screws that secure the primary video-card heat-sink fan to the
computer base.
