OPERATING I NST RUCTIONS

PRESETS A

Cook/Smoke			Using Preset Menu Key s:
Press and rele ase control ON / OFF key .
• The green indicator light on the ON/OFF Key will illuminate.
• The oven wil l beep for one seco nd.
					C AU TIO N
• The oven wil l begin operating in the hold mode .
					TO MAINTAIN SAFE TEMPERATURE
• The amber hold indicator will illu minate.					LEVELS, COLD FOOD FOR
					RETHERMALIZATION OR REHEATING
• The previ ous ly set hold temperatu re will be displaye d.					MUST NEVER BE ADDED TO THE OVEN
					WHILE HOT FOODS ARE BEING HELD.
• PRESET Keys with stored cooking programs will have green indicator illum inated.

• Halo Hea t and Pre-H eat indicator				will illu minate.
➥The oven is automa tically program med to preh eat to the cook temperature prog rammed.
• The oven wil l beep whe n preheated and the preheat indicato r wil l go out.
• Both the Ready and Start indicator ligh ts will flash.
➥The set cook temperature wil l be maintain ed by the oven and appear in the display
whi le in the ready/start mod e.				by probe, remove probe from its bracket, wip e the prob e
Load the food		inside oven . If cooking
tip with a dis posable alcohol pad and				insert pro be properly	into produc t. Close the oven door.
No te:	The oven wil l bee p 3 times every 25 second s until the oven is loaded and the
	START Key pressed.

Press and rele ase START Key.
COOK
• The oven wil l beep.		will illumin ate.
• The green indicators for power, cook , smoke, probe or tim e, and start
•	If programmed to cook by time, the display will alte rnate between showing the set cook
•	tempe rature and the time remai ning.
	If programmed to cook by probe, the display will alt ern ate bet wee n showin g the set cook
	tempe rature and the elapsed time.
HOLD
• The oven will bee p when the set probe temperatu re has been reache d or set time has elapsed.
• The green indicator for cook will remain illu minated.		and the amo unt of
•	The displ ay will alterna te betwee n showing the set hold tem perature
	time the produ ct has rema ine d in the holding mode.

•	The Ready indicator lig ht wil l illum inate after 2 hours in the hold mode.		state. For best
