1. PREPAR E OVEN FOR COOKING

Inse rt and adjust the requi red numbe r of

 

shelves inside the cook ing cavity. Inser t each

 

she lf with curved edge of the shelf towar d

 

the back of the oven .

B. Adjust the ins ide door vents as indicat ed in

 

the individual cook ing procedu re selec ted.

C. Inse rt drip pan on the bottom surface of the

 

ove n cavity.

2. PREHEAT OVE N

A.

Turn powe r swit ch ON.

B. Set HOLD thermostat to requir ed holding

 

tem peratur e.

C. Set CO OK thermostat to requir ed cooking

 

tem peratur e.

D. Turn time r knob cloc kwis e to activate COOK

 

the rmosta t.

E. Allow ove n to preheat 45 minutes.

4. LOAD PRODU CT ON SHE LVES

Ref er to individual cooki ng inst ructions. Do A. NOT overl oad the oven.

Most meat products are cooked direc tly on B. wire shelves. For many products, the use of

pans is not reco mmend ed.

5. LOAD WOOD CHIPS

Take one cont ainer load of dry woo d chips A. and soak the chips in water for 5 min utes . B. Shake excess water off wood chips .

6. CLO SE DOOR
