Make and answer calls

The key on the BeoCom 600 0 is used to start and en d a call.
During the call, the phon e displays the duration of the ca ll and the
number or name of the per son called. If you do not wis h to answer
a call, you can mute the ringin g signal.
To make a call …
Enter the telephone number
To correct a digit, turn the wheel to move the
cursor to the digit in question and p ress C to
delete it
Press to make the call. The call time is show n,
and if the name is stored in the Phoneb ook, this
is shown as well
Press to end the call. Alternativel y, place the
handset in the charger
To answer a call …
Press to answer the call
Press to end a call. Alternatively, place the
handset in the charger
To mute a handset’s ringing …
Press to mute the ringing signal for the incomi ng
call. The indicator light on the handse t flashes
until the caller hangs up the phone
