3) Firmware Upgrade OTA
You can upgrade your FV-L1 FW by OTA(Over The Air). Press the
OK
button for manual update.
Use the following options to configure the automatic upgrade process;
Allow system software updates: FV-L1 can get update software
through stream. The reco mmended set ti n g is “Yes”.
Viewer prompt to update: The software update can be achieve d with
interruption to the viewer. The recommended settin g i s “No”.
Time to s e a r c h for SS U( Syst e m Sof t war e Update s ): F V-L1 is on at the
predet ermined tim e a nd may initiate a scan for firmware updates.
Before the upgrade get started, the warning message with countdown
for vi ewer resp onse ap pears . If upgra de sta rts, FV-L1 checks available
updates in service list and a indication box will be displayed until this
process is completed.
NOTE
During upgrade, watching services, recording and file operations will
be stopped.
If there is no response from the viewer by the time countdown
completed, the procedure will start unless the viewer has chosen to
be prompted.
