INGRÉDIENTS

1¾ tasse (228 g) de farine tout usage 2 c. à thé de poudre à pâte

½c. à thé de muscade

½c. à thé de cannelle

½c. à thé de cardamome

½tasse (61 g) de noix hachées

½tasse (82 g) de raisins

½tasse (110 g) de cassonade bien tassée 1½ tasse de pulpe de carotte

½tasse d’huile

2 oeufs, légèrement battus

¼ tasse (60 ml) de crème sure

MARCHE À SUIVRE

1.Graisser un moule à pain de 9po X 5po.

2.Dans un grand bol, tamiser la farine et la poudre à pâte, ajouter la muscade, la cannelle, la cardamome, les noix, les raisins, la cassonade et la pulpe de carotte. Bien mélanger.

3.Ajouter les oeufs, l’huile la crème sure. Mélanger au batteur électrique, à vitesse moyenne, jusqu’à ce que tous les ingrédients soient bien mélangés. Verser dans le moule.

4.Cuire au four à 350°F (180°C) durant 1 heure ou jusqu’à ce qu’un cure-dent en sorte propre. Retirer du four, laisser reposer dans le moule 5 min avant de le retourner sur une grille.
