INGRÉDIENTS

1 gros avocat, pelé, dénoyauté et haché

3 c. à soupe de jus de citron

½tasse de crème sure 1 c. à thé d'ail émincé

1 c. à thé de piment fort

MARCHE À SUIVRE

1.Placer la lame à hacher dans le bol hachoir et incorporer tous les ingrédients.

2.Pulser jusqu'à ce que le mélange ait la consistance désirée.

Servir avec des tacos, des burritos ou des bâtonnets de carotte et de céleri.

TREMPETTE AU PESTO

Environ 1¼ tasse

INGRÉDIENTS

1 tasse de basilic frais

1 gousse d'ail, pelée et hachée

2 c. à soupe de jus de citron

¼tasse de noix de pin

¼tasse d'huile d'olive

½ tasse de fromage cottage

¼ tasse de fromage parmesan râpé

MARCHE À SUIVRE

1.Placer tous les ingrédients, sauf l'huile et les fromages, dans le récipient du mélangeur ou dans un bol moyen.

2.Placer le mélangeur à main dans les ingrédients et bien mélanger. Toujours en mélangeant, incorporer l'huile en un filet. Réduire en purée lisse et épaisse.

3.Retirer le mélange, incorporer les fromages, couvrir et laisser refroidir jusqu'au moment de servir.

Servir avec du pain turc grillé.

4 petits poivrons rouges, grillés, égrenés et pelés

1 oignon espagnol, haché

2 c. à thé de paprika doux

2 petits piments forts
