SANDWICH BACON BUTTY

4 sandwichs

Ingredients

8 tranches de bacon, sans la couenne ¼ tasse (57 ml) d'aïoli

2 c. à thé de pâte Harissa Beurre ramolli

8 tranches de pain de blé entier

2 tomates, tranchées

½ tasse (80 g) de bébé roquette, parée

METHOD

1.Dans une grande poêle à frire, cuire le bacon 5 min ou jusqu'à ce qu'il soit doré et croustillant; retirer et réserver. Mélanger l'aïoli et la pâte Harissa.

2.Préchauffer le grille-sandwich jusqu'à ce que le voyant vert s'illumine.

3.Beurrer un côté de chaque tranche de pain et étaler, côté beurré vers le bas. Tartiner le mélange d'aïoli sur 4 tranches et ajouter le bacon, les tomates et la roquette. Couvrir du reste des tranches, côté beurré vers le haut.

4.Mettre 2 sandwichs dans le grille- sandwich. Fermer le couvercle et cuire

3 min ou jusqu'à ce que le pain soit doré et croustillant. Répéter avec les 2 autres sandwichs.

SANDWICH AUX CHAMPIGNONS, AIL, TALEGGIO & PROSCIUTTO

4 sandwichs

Ingredients

2 c. à soupe (40 g) de beurre

1 tasse (250 g) de champignons, tranchés finement

2 gousses d'ail, écrasées Sel et poivre frais moulu Beurre ramolli

8 tranches épaisses de pain blanc

4 tranches (200 g) de fromage telaggio, tranché

8 tranches minces de prosciutto

MARCHE À SUIVRE

1.Dans une poêle à frire, chauffer le beurre et cuire les champignons et l'ail 5 min; saler et poivrer. Retirer et égoutter l'excès de jus; laisser refroidir.

2.Préchauffer le grille-sandwich jusqu'à ce que le voyant vert s'illumine.

3.Beurrer un côté des tranches de pain et les étaler, côté beurré vers le bas. Répartir uniformément les champignons sur 4 tranches et ajouter le taleggio et le prosciutto. Couvrir du reste des tranches, côté beurré vers le haut.

4.Placer 2 sandwichs dans le grille- sandwich. Fermer le couvercle et cuire

3 min ou jusqu'à ce que le pain soit doré et croustillant. Répéter avec les 2 autres sandwichs.
