Sostituzione della cinghia di trasmissione dell’albero – Modelli da 102 cm

1.Avendo il piatto di taglio montato, parcheggiare il trattorino su una superficie solida e in piano, quale per esempio un pavimento di cemento. Disinnestare la presa di forza, innestare il freno di stazionamento, arrestare il motore e togliere la chiave.

2.Smontare il piatto di taglio (vedere “Smontaggio del piatto di taglio”). Smontare i coperchi della cinghia.

3.Allentare il bullone senza dado dell’assieme tendicinghia (A, Figura 52).

4.Usando un cacciavite a cricchetto (A, Figura 47), inserire l’estremo quadrato della prolunga nel foro quadrato (D, Figura 46) e spostare l’assieme tendicinghia (B, Figura 46) per togliere tensione alla cinghia (C).

5.Smontare la cinghia (C).

6.Montare una cinghia nuova (C) sulle pulegge come illustrato. Liberando l’assieme tendicinghia (A) la molla porta automaticamente in tensione la cinghia dentata.

7.Serrare il bullone senza dado dell’assieme tendicinghia (A). Rimontare i coperchi della cinghia.

8.Controllare che le lame siano in posizione perpendicolare una all’altra (vedere la Figura 48). Se così non fosse, eseguire la procedura di sincronizzazione delle lame del piatto di taglio che si trova nella sezione “Manutenzione periodica”.
