Recording TAD Outgoing Message

(MFC-620CN only)

Recording the TAD Outgoin g Message (TAD Message) is the first

step you need to fol low before you can tur n on the TAD. Make sur e

your OGM is less than 20 seconds long.

Press Menu/Set, 2, 7, 1.

The LCD prompts you to choose an OGM.

Press ▲ or ▼ to select TAD Message (not F/T Message).

Press Menu/Set.

Press ▲ or ▼ to select Record MSG.

Press Menu/Set to record a message.

For example: Hello. We are unable to take your call at this time.

Please leave a message after the signal.

Press Stop/Exit.

The TAD will play your OGM.

Press Stop/Exit.

Listening to Outgoing Message (OGM)

Press Menu/Set, 2, 7, 1.

Press ▲ or ▼ to select TAD Message (or F/T Message).

Press Menu/Set.

Press ▲ or ▼ to select Play MSG.

Press Menu/Set.

Adjust the volume by pressi ng Volume or .

Press Stop/Exit.

This is the only setting you can select if you want to turn on

the TAD.
