9 - 8 MAKING COPIES

Setting paper size

If copying on paper other than A4 size, you will need to change the

paper size setting.

Press (Copy) to illuminate it in green.

Load your document.

Use the dial pad to enter the nu mber of copies you want

(up to 99).

Press Copy Options and ▲ or ▼ to select Paper Size.

Press Menu/Set.

Press ▲ or ▼ to select the size of paper you are usin g

(Letter, Legal, A4, A5 or 10(W) x 15(H)cm).

Press Menu/Set.

Press Mono Start or Colour Start.

Adjusting brightness

You can adjust the copy br ightness to make copies dar ker or lighter.

Load your document.

Use the dial pad to enter the nu mber of copies you want

Press Copy Options and ▲ or ▼ to select Brightness.

Press Menu/Set.

Press ▲ to make a lighter copy.

Press Menu/Set.

Press Mono Start or Colour Start.

You can copy on Letter, Legal, A4, A5 or

Photo Card (10(W) cm x 15(H) cm) paper.
