To set the receive mode follow the instructions below:

a Press Menu.

b Press a or b to display Initial Setup. Press Initial Setup.

c Press a or b to display Receive Mode. Press Receive Mode.

Note

If you cannot change the Receive Mode, make sure the Distinctive Ring feature is set to Off. (See Distinctive Ring uu page 39.)

Press Fax Only, Fax/Tel, External TAD or Manual.

Press Stop/Exit.

The LCD will display the current receive mode in Fax mode.
