Checkthat the fancontrol switch is in the AUTOposition. This
willallow the fanto run only when the heating or coolingsystem
isturned on andrunning.
Checkthermostatwiring to make sure that the fan control
wiringis connectedto the correct terminalson the wiring
terminalblock. See Installation and WiringDiagrams sections of
thismanual.

TheResidualCooling Fan Control Featurecan allow up to a 90
secondfan delayafter cooling system shutdownfor energy
efficiencygains. The defaultsetting is 60 seconds. Thiscanbe
changedto disablethis feature or shorten the timeperiod if
desired.See Setting Residual CoolingFan Feature section of
thismanual.

Thetemperaturesensed by the thermostat is lowerthan the 40˚
F(5˚ C) lower limitof the thermostats display range. The display
willreturn tonormal after the sensed temperaturerises within
the40˚ to 99˚ F (5˚to 37˚ C) display range. Ifthe temperaturein
thecontrolledspace seems to be normal, wait for the
thermostattoacclimate to the correct room temperature. If the
roomseems to becolder than usual, turn on theheating system
toraise the temperatureas needed for comfort withinthe room.
Thisconditioncould occur from the system beingturned off
duringa cold weatherperiod or upon installationwhen the
thermostathasbeen stored for a long period of timein a cold
vehicleorlocation prior to being installed. The thermostat
shouldbe allowedto warm up prior to installationto allow
properheatingcontrol once installed.
