How to create a new shortcut

Your Diverse 2000 Deskphone has a shortcut button which gives you access to a shortcut menu. In the shortcut menu you can store frequently used functions as shortcuts which can be accessed when the phone is in idle state or on-line.

Each shortcut corresponds to a button sequence which is saved under a shortcut name and can then be retrieved from the list of shortcut names, just like a directory entry.
