PAUSE – pause the message, then press PLAY to resume playback.
DELETE – to delete the message.
UP/DOWN – to adjust the volume.
– to hear messages over the handset loudspeaker.
3.When the last message is played, the prompt announces, ‘End of messages’.
Memos can be any length up to the available recording capacity (max. 20 minutes).
Delete all messages
1.On your handset, press MENU, scroll DOWN to ANSWER MACHINE and press OK.
2.Scroll DOWN to DELETE MESSAGES and press OK. Press
YES to confirm or NO to cancel.
3.Press 
to return to standby or BACK to go one step back in the menu.
Record a memo
You can record a message for other users. It is played back just like a normal message.
1.On your handset, press MENU, scroll DOWN to ANSWER MACHINE and press OK.
