Restore default settings

You can restore your BT Elements phone to its default (original) settings as described on page 34.

1.Press Menu to open the main menu.

2.Press or until Setup is displayed, then press Menu .

3. Press or to select Default and press Menu .

4.Enter the 4 digit PIN code and press Menu .

5.Confirm? is displayed, press Menu to confirm the reset. The handset will switch off, then switch back on again with the default settings restored.

Restore default settings without a PIN

Please note, restoring the default settings will delete your phonebook, redial and calls list.

Default PIN code setting is 0000.

If you have forgotten your PIN code, you can restore your BT Elements to the default settings following the procedure shown below.

1.Unscrew and remove the belt clip and battery compartment cover.

2.Remove the batteries for a few minutes. Press and hold ,

while still pressing the button, insert the batteries again observing the polarity markings (+ and -).

3.Default is displayed, press Menu .

When the phone powers up, the default settings will be restored.
