You can obtain the correct exposure regardless of the location of your subject in the composition.

1 Raise the flash.

2Press the _ button and set it to _. (flash on).

3Focus on the part of the subject on which you wish to lock the flash exposure setting.

4Press the shutter button halfway and press the ISO button.

• The flash will pre-fire and _ will display.

5Re-aim the camera to compose the shot as desired and press the shutter button fully.

To Releasethe FE Lock: Press anything except the A V, _ or I_ button.
