Use the W or X button to select and press the SET button.

Play (Use the W or X button to select a sound and press the SET button.)
Rewind (Hold the SET button to rewind (no sound plays).)
Fast Forward (Hold the SET button to fast forward (no sound plays).)
Erase (Select [Erase] or [Erase All] and in the confirmation screen press the SET button.)
Protect (You can protect important sounds from accidental erasure. Press the SET button to set/remove protection.)
Volume (Press the S or T button to adjust the volume.)

zWhen the memory cards fills, recording will automatically stop.
zIn the playback mode, the Sound Control Panel can be displayed by holding the 
button.
