Adjusting Basic Camera Functions

Restoring Defaults

If you accidentally change a setting, you can restore default camera settings.

Access the [Reset All] screen.

Choose [Reset All], and then press the m button.

Restore default settings.

Press the qrbuttons or turn the 5 dial to choose [OK], and then press the mbutton.

Default settings are now restored.

The following functions are not restored to default settings.

- 3 tab settings [Date/Time] (p. 18), [Language ] (p. 20), [Time Zone]

(p. 193), [Video System] (p. 203), and the image assigned to [Start-up Image] (p. 188)

-Custom white balance data you have recorded (p. 125)

-Colors chosen in Color Accent (p. 112) or Color Swap (p. 113)

-Shooting direction chosen in Stitch Assist mode (p. 106)

-The shooting mode (p. 42)

-Shooting mode chosen in K(p. 97) or (p. 107) mode

-The movie mode (p. 115)

-Information registered using Face ID (p. 73)

-Date and time as updated using GPS Auto Time (p. 55) SX260 HS
