Specifying ISO Sensitivity
ISO sensitivity is a value that expresses sensitivity to light. A larger value indicates higher sensitivity, which is better for shooting when available lighting is dim. If you want to use faster shutter speeds, you should use a higher ISO sensitivity value. Under certain conditions, a fast shutter speed in combination with a high ISO sensitivity setting can cause digital noise, which makes an image appear rough. For clean,
1.In a REC mode, press [SET].
2.Use [S] and [T] to select the sixth option from the top in the operation panel (ISO Sensitivity).
3.Use [W] and [X] to select the setting you want and then press [SET].

IMPORTANT!
•Using flash with high ISO sensitivity can cause problems with subjects that close to the camera.
•“Auto” ISO sensitivity always is used for movies, regardless of the current ISO sensitivity setting.
•You can use the key customization feature to configure the [W] and [X] buttons so they control the ISO sensitivity setting (page 154).
•“Anti Shake” Image Blur (page 137) operates properly only when “Auto” is selected for the ISO sensitivity setting.
