Mounting Before mounting this fi xture, read and f ollow the safety recommen dations in dicated in
the Safety Notes (page 2 of t his manual).
Orientation
Always mount this fixture in any s afe positi on whil e makin g sure th at there is adeq uate
room around it for ventilation.
Make sure to mount this f ixture aw ay from any fl ammable m aterial as indicat ed in th e
Safety Notes (page 2 of this manual).
Rigging
CHAUVET® recom mends following t he general guid elines below when m ounting the
Legend 300E Spot.
· When selecting an installation l ocation, consider ease of acc ess to th e fi xtur e for
operation, programming adj us t m ents , and routine mainten ance.
· Never mount the fixtur e in places where rain, h igh humidity, extreme temperature
changes, or restricted ventilation may affect it.
· If hanging this fixture, make sure that the loc ation where you are m ounting the
fixture can support its weight. Please see th e Technical Specificat ions section of this
manual for the weight r equirement of this fixtur e.
Procedure
The Legend 300E Spot comes wit h an alread y installed m ounting b racket to which you
will be able to attach t he two included omeg a clamps. Be aware that you will have to use
two mounting points per fixture. I n addition, you will ha ve to use a s afet y cab le (n ot
included) to link the fi xture to the structure.
