Troubleshooting
Ensure that the headphones are attached sec urely
to the player.
The player will not pl ay my music le.
Ensure that the le is in a compatible format.
The le may be copy-protected and you no longer
have authorization to play this le. If you feel this is
in error, please contact the service f rom which you
downloaded the le.
The LCD characters are corr upted or somethin g is
wrong with the displa y.
Ensure that the correct menu language has been set.
Reset the player (use a paper clip to gently press the
Reset button on the rear of the player) and try again.
The player has malfun ctioned.

Try updating the player’s rmware. Please refer to
