Power Lines: An outside a ntenna system should n ot be lo cated in the
vicinity of overhead power lines or other electr ic light or pow er circuits,
or where it can fall into such powe r lines or ci rcuits. When installing an
outside antenna system, extreme care should be taken to keep fro m
touching such power lines o r circu its, as contact with them might b e
fatal.
Overloading: Do no t overload wall outlets, extension cords, or integral
convenience recep tacles a s this can re sult in a ris k of re or electric
shock.
Object and Liquid Entry: Never push objects of any kind into thi s product
through openings as they may touch dangero us voltage points or shout -
out parts that could re sult in a re or el ectric shock. N ever spill liquid o f
any kind on the product.
Servicing: Do not attempt to service this p roduct yourself as opening or
removing covers may expos e you to dangero us voltage or o ther haz-
ards. Refer all servicing to qua lied service p ersonnel.
Damage Requiring Service: Unpl ug this product from the wall ou tlet and
refer servicing to quali ed service p ersonnel under t he following con di-
tions: a) when the power-supply or plug is damaged; b) if liquid has been
spilled or if objects have fallen into the product; c) if the product has been
exposed to rain or water; d) i f the product do es not operate nor mally by
following the operati ng instructi ons. Adjust on ly those con trols that ar e
covered by the operating in structions as improper adjustment of other
controls may result in damage and will often r equire extensi ve work by
a qualied technic ian to res tore the pr oduct to i ts normal operation; e)
if the produc t has b een droppe d or da maged in any way; f) whe n the
product exhibits a distinct change in performanc e—this indicates a need
for service.
Replacement Parts: When replacement parts are required, be sure that
your service technician has used replacement parts specied by the manu-
facturer or have the same characteristics as the original part. Unauthorized
substitutions may result in re, electric shock, or other hazards.
Safety Check: Upon completion of any serv ice or repairs to this product ,
ask the service technician to perform safety ch ecks to ens ure that th e
product is in proper operating c ondition.
Wall or Ceiling Mounting: Th e product should be mounted to a wall or
ceiling only as recommended by t he manufacturer.
Heat: The product should be sit uated away fro m heat sourc es such as
