Charging your Player
Your player can be charged through a PC USB connec-
tion. Plug one end of the USB cable into the player’s
USB Port and plug the other end into the USB por t of a
powered-on computer.
When connected to a USB hub, the hub must be self-
powered to charge the player’s batter y.
The batte ry us ed in this device may p resent a fir e
or chemical b urn if mi streated. Do not disas semble,
incinerate, or heat the battery.
Do not c onnect the pla yer to a power sourc e other
than that w hich is indicated here or on the label as
this may result in the risk of re or elect ric shock.
Your player has an integrated rechargeable battery. Typical
music playtime is up to 8 hours (when playing an MP3
encoded at 128 kbps and the battery is fully charged)
Upon initial use, the battery should be charged fully (12
hours) to ensure optimal performance and battery life.
Music play time is an est imated val ue. Actu al play
time may vary depe nding on encodi ng method used
and other factors.
