THE WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. WARRANTOR’S OBLIGATIONS AND THE CONSUMER’S OR OTHER BUYERS REMEDIES UNDER THE LIMITED WARRANTY ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND ARE STRICTLY LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS STATED.
