A. First, you must have an account with an Internet Service Provider (ISP). Your modem must also be configured correctly, and you must have a cable connecting the modem port to the phone jack. Also ensure that you have an Internet browser installed, such as Microsoft™ Internet Explorer or
Netscape Navigator™.
