Therepairor replacementof anywarrantedpart otherwiseeligiblefor warrantycoverage maybe excludedfromsuch warrantycoverageif MTDConsumerGroup
Incdemonstratesthatthe outdoorequipmentengine hasbeenabused, neglected,orimproperly maintained,andthatsuch abuse, neglect,or impropermainte-
nancewasthe direct causeof the needfor repairor replacementofthe part. Thatnotwithstanding,anyadjustmentof a componentthathas afactory installed,
andproperlyoperating,adjustmentlimitingdevice isstill eligible for warrantycoverage.Further,the coverageunderthis warrantyextendsonly to partsthat were
presentonthe off-road engineand equipmentpurchased.
