28 Replacing the Speakers

Procedure

1Route the speakers cable through the routing guides on the computer base.

2Use the alignment posts on the computer base to place the speakers in position.

3Adhere the LED-board cable on the computer base and fan.

4Slide the LED-board cable into the system-board connector and press down on the connector latch to secure the cable.

5Connect the speakers cable to the I/O-board connector.

1Follow the instructions from step 4 to step 6 in "Replacing the Hard Drive" on page 55.

2Replace the battery. See "Replacing the Battery" on page 33.

3Replace the palm rest. See "Replacing the Palm Rest" on page 29.
