Installing the Hard Drive

1.Place the hard drive in the bracket and tighten the screws to secure the hard drive to the bracket.

2.Connect the hard-drive cable to the hard drive and place the hard drive into its slot on the computer.

3.Tighten the screws to secure the hard-drive bracket to the computer.

4.Install:

a)back cover

b)VESA stand

c)stand cover

5.Follow the procedures in After Working Inside Your Computer.

Removing the System Board

1.Follow the procedures in Before Working Inside Your Computer.

2.Remove:

a)stand cover

b)VESA stand

c)back cover

d)system board cover

e)memory

f)WLAN card

g)heat sink

h)hard drive

i)optical disk drive

3.Disconnect all the cables connected to the system board.
