Blueberry Ice		Cappuccino Ice Milk

2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries		1⁄3 cup + 2 tbsp. sugar

Ingredients:

2 cups plain or vanilla flavored yogurt

1 cup sour cream

1⁄4 cup light corn syrup

3⁄4 cup sugar

1⁄3 to 1⁄2 cup baking cocoa (to taste)

Method:

1.Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.

2.Beat well. 3.Chill thoroughly.
