Chocolate Treat Ice Cream

Ingredients:

1 cup of heavy cream

1 cup sugar

4 oz. egg substitute

112 tsp. vanilla

12 to 23 cups baking cocoa (for taste)

Method:

1.Combine cocoa and sugar in a mixing bowl, processor, or blender and mix.

2.Add eggs and vanilla to the mixture and blend well.

3.Add cream.

4.Beat well and chill thoroughly. 5.Follow standard instructions on pg. 4.

Ingredients:

2cups heavy cream

2cups half & half

12 cup malted milk powder

13 cup sugar

2oz. egg substitute

8oz. chopped milk chocolate

Method:

1.Over medium heat, in a saucepan, combine cream, half & half, malted milk and sugar.

2.Stir until sugar is dissolved.

3.Place egg substitute in a bowl. Slowly add mixture to the egg substitute.

4.Return the mixture to the sauce pan, reduce heat and cook until mixture thickens. Do not allow to boil.

5.Add chocolate and stir until melted. 6.Strain the mixture and let stand at

room temperature for an hour.

7.Place in the refrigerator until cool.

8.Follow standard instructions on pg. 4.

3 oz. egg substitute

34 cup sugar

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup milk

12 cup chocolate chips

12 cup chopped chocolate brownie

Method:

1.In a blender, combine egg substitute, sugar, cream and milk.

2.Follow standard instructions on pg. 4. Before the end of the freezing process (last 1-2 minutes), add chocolate chips and chopped brownie through the opening in the lid and process for 1-2 minutes.
