3-8. Enabling/Disabling DDC/CI communication

This function allows you to enable/disable the DDC/CI communication (see “6-6. Glossary ” (page 42)).

Procedure

1. Press to turn off the monitor.

2. Press holding down to turn on the monitor.

You can toggle between Enable and Disable by performing ste ps 1 and 2.

Note

• You can check the DDC/CI setting i n the <Information> menu.

3-9. Resetting the Monitor to the Default Settings

<Reset>

There are two different Resets: Color Reset for only resetting the c olor adjustments to the default settings and

Full Reset for resetting all settings to the default s.

Attention

• After r esetting, you cannot undo the op eration.

Note

• Regarding t he default setting, see “Main Defau lt Settings” (page 40).

● To reset the color adjustments

This function only resets the color adjustment s for the currently selected mode to the default settings.

Procedure

1. Choose <Color> from the Adjust ment menu, and press .

2. Choose <Reset> f rom the <Color> menu, and press .

3. Select “Reset” with or .

4. Press .

The color adjustments revert to the default se ttings.

● To reset all adjustments to the default settings

This function resets all adjustment s to the default settings.

Procedure

1. Choose <Other s> from the Adjustment menu, and press .

2. Choose <Reset> f rom the <Others> menu, and press .

3. Select “Reset�� with or .

4. Press .

All adjustments revert to the defau lt settings.
