10.3.8Installation of the RTG 3950 Inclined Version

Follow this instruction when mounting the Inclined version of the RTG 3950 Still-pipe Array antenna on a Still-pipe.

Leave two holes for the Stand Bracket

Guide pin

1Mount the cover on the nozzle and tighten the flange screws. Leave two holes free for mount- ing of the Stand Bracket. The Stand can be placed on either side of the cover depending on which side is most suitable for the particular installation.

2Check that the guide pin is mounted. The guide pin is used to make sure that the antenna is properly oriented towards the transmitter head.
