84 EpsonNet MacAssist Configuration Utility

Device menu:

❏Configuration
Configures the print server you have selected.
❏Launch Browser
Starts EpsonNet WebAssist to configure the print server you
have selected. EpsonNet WebAssist is a utility that runs on a
browser.
❏Refresh
Updates to the latest information by searching for the
available printers again.
❏Timeout Setting
Set the timeout value between 3 and 99 seconds. See
“Timeout” on page 84 for more information.
❏Network Path Search Setting
Select connections and protocols to use to search for a print
server. See “Network path search setting” on page 85 for more
information.
❏Search Options
Configures the options for a search with AppleTalk or IP. See
“Search options” on page 85 for more information.
Timeout
Set the length of time before a timeout occurs (between 3 and 99
seconds). The default value is 5 seconds. A communication error
occurs if this time is exceeded. If you set a larger value, it takes
more time to search for the network printers. Therefore, change
this value only if you prefer.
