Installing an Interface Card
Follow the steps below to install an optional interface card.
1. Turn off the printer.
2. Unplug the power cable from the electrical outlet.
3. Turn the printer so its back fa ces you.
4. Remove the two screws tha t secure the Type-B slot co ver and
remove the cover.
5. With the component side of the optional interface card facing
the outside of the printer, slide the int e rface card into the
grooves in the interface slot as shown below. Push it in firmly
to lock the card into place.
