4. As shown in the illust r a t i o n b elow, pinch the cleani ng b ru sh
and slide it gently once across the s urface of the mirror.
Note:
❏Do not press down when cleaning the mirror. If you use too
much pressure, you may scratch and damage the mirror.
❏If you still see white streaks on your printouts after cleaning the
mirror, you may need to replace the Imaging Cartridge.
5. Replace the Imaging Cartridge, close the top cover of the
printer, and reconnect it to the power su pply before turning
it on again.
Cleaning the inside of the printer
❏Remove any dirt inside the printer with a c l ean cloth.
❏Do not use compressed air.
❏If you have paper feed problems which p e rs ist even after
following all the steps descri bed in this section, clean the
paper roller by opening the roller cover, then clean the roller.
❏ After cleaning the inside of t he pr inte r, rem ove a ll th e pap er
from the paper tray and clean the tray with a soft cloth.
