EINSTELLEN VON SENDERN fortsetzen

Zur Eingabe eines MW-Sender ENTER drücken und die Frequenzangabe eingeben. Für 810 kHz die Ziffern 8 1 0 eingeben.

Kurzwelle lässt sich durchgängig in einem Bereich von 3 – 30 MHz eingeben. Zur Eingabe eines KW-Senders ENTER drücken und die Frequenzangabe in MHz eingeben. Für 5,965 MHz beispielsweise 5 9 6 5 drücken. Für 5,9 MHz vier Ziffern (5 9 0 0) oder ENTER 5 9 ENTER einge- ben. Wenn die Frequenz in Kilohertz angegeben wird, ENTER drücken, die Ziffern 1 5 1 2 5 und ENTER drücken (für Frequenzangabe 15125 kHz). Das Gerät wandelt die Eingabe automatisch in Megahertz um.

Hinweis: Drücken Sie EXIT, wenn Sie sich vertippt haben, und geben die Ziffer erneut ein.

Einstellen von Kurzwellenbändern

Durch wiederholtes Drücken der Taste SW werden die einzelnen KW- Bänder eingestellt. Die jeweilige Nummer des Bandes wird recht, über der Frequenz angezeigt.

SHORTWAVE BROADCAST RECEPTION

Über Kurzwelle lassen sich Programme von Sendern aus fremden Län- dern und Kontinenten empfangen. Allgemeine Tipps:

•Tagsüber ist der Empfang von Sendern mit über 11 MHz für gewöhnlich am besten.

•Bei Dunkelheit ist der Empfang von Sendern mit unter 13 MHz für gewöhnlich am besten.

•In der Dämmerung vor und nach Sonnenauf- bzw. -untergang ist der Empfang in allen Bereichen besonders gut.

•Der Empfang kann in der Nähe eines Fensters wesentlich stärker

sein. Auch durch Ausrichten des Geräts kann der Empfang verbessert werden.
