CARGA DE BATERÍAS NI-MH CON EL ADAPTA- DOR/CARGADOR AC

1.Instale 3 baterías de níquel-metal-hidruro (Ni-MH) del mismo valor de hora/miliamp. y marca.

2.Con la radio apagada, enchufe el adaptador AC, se indica en el LCD.

3. Desactive la unidad y pulse 0 . El símbolo de batería

 

 

fluye y se

 

 

enciende la luz de carga para indicar el inicio de la carga.

 

 

 

 

4. Cuando la batería está cargada,

NOTA: Durante la carga puede usarse la radio en forma normal.

AJUSTE DEL NIVEL DE SINTONIZACIÓN Y DEL SISTEMA DE RELOJ

El E4 puede ser ajustado para un nivel de sintonización de 9KHz o 10KHz MW (AM) o bien un sistema de reloj de 12 horas o 24 horas. Su ajuste por defecto es para el uso en Norteamérica (EE.UU. o Canada) con un nivel de sintonización de 10KHz y el sistema de reloj de 12 horas; no se requiere la aplicación de cambios en el ajuste por defecto en caso que usted se encuentre en Norteamérica.

Para cambiar estos ajustes, siga las siguientes instrucciones.

Para cambiar el nivel de sintonización y el sistema de reloj

1.Con la radio apagada, retire una batería y desconecte el adaptador

AC. Espere 60 segundos hasta que la pantalla quede completamente vacía.

2.Instale nuevamente la batería o conecte el adaptador AC. Se indica

‘SET’ en la pantalla durante aprox. 10 segundos. Mientras se indica en la pantalla, pulse el botón ‘ENTER’. Se indica 9 10 la pantalla. Pulse 1 para seleccionar 9KHz y 2 para seleccionar 10KHz.

3.Se indica 12 24 la pantalla. Pulse 1 para seleccionar el sistema de 12 horas y 2 para seleccionar el sistema de 24 horas.
