Cause of problem (1)

Spray arm has stopped rotating.
a)One of the dishes / cutlery / utensils has fallen through the basket and jammed the spray arm, remove the obstruction.
b)Filter plate, drain filter, or drain filter access panel is not installed correctly and is causing the spray arm to jam.

The product is being over loaded or incorrectly loaded with dishes. Advise customer of correct loading.
Customer is selecting the wrong wash cycle for the soil level on the dishes.
Advise customer about reduced water temperatures (up to 20ºC / 70F lower) and wash times when using Fast and Eco cycles.
