SA=5:00<EOS> sets the sample period to 5 minutes

SA=1:00:00<EOS> sets the sample period to 1 hour

7.3.1.3 Selecting the Unit of Measurement

The selectedunit is used in displaying measurements on the front panel and in

reading measurements from the communications interfaces. The following

commands can be used to selectthe unit of measurement:

U=C<EOS> selects Celsius

U=F<EOS> selects Fahrenheit

U=K<EOS> selects Kelvin

U=O<EOS> selects ohms

7.3.1.4 Enabling the Time Stamp

Enabling the time stamp causes the time of the system clock to be transmitted

along with measurement data. The timestamp can be enabled or disabled u sing

the followingcommands:

ST=ON<EOS> enables the time stamp

ST=OFF<EOS> disables the time stamp

7.3.1.5 Setting the Clock

The systemclock is set in 24-hour format using the command:

CL=hh:mm:ss<EOS>

For example:

CL=14:24:00 sets the time to 2:24 pm.

7.3.2 Probe Characterization Commands

The following commands relate to reading measurement data.

7.3.2.1 Selecting the Characterization

The followingcommands can be used to select the probe characterization and

coefficients:

P=T<EOS> selects the thermistor characterization

P=R<EOS> or RTD selects the Callendar-Van Dusen characterization

R0=<value><EOS> sets R0

AL=<value><EOS> setsαfor the Callendar-Van Dusen characterization

DE=<value><EOS> setsδfor the Callendar-Van Dusen characterization

BE=<value><EOS> setsβfor the Callendar-Van Dusen characterization
