Encendido de los quemadores

En estos modelos el pomo reúne ya sea el mando del encendido como el dispositivo de seguridad. Para encender los quemadores proceder de la siguiente forma:

1)Girar el pomo elegido.

2)Mantener fuertemente apretado el pomo durante 3/4 segundos aproximadamente, para permitir a las chispas encender el gas que sale del difusor de llama y permitir al par térmico que se caliente.

3)Después que hayan transcurrido unos 3/4 segundos aproximadamente, soltar el pomo y regular la llama como se quiera, girando el pomo en sentido antihorario. En caso de que la llama no se mantenga encendida, repetir la operación empezando desde el renglón 1.

Simbolas

Círculo: grifo cerrado;

Llama grande + estrella: caudal máximo;

Llama pequeña: caudal reducido.

Empleo de los mecheros

Para alcanzar menor gasto de gas y mejor rendimiento, se aconseja emplear unas ollas con diámetro adecuado para los quemadores, evitando que la llama sobresalga del borde de las mismas (atenerse a la tabla).
