Valvolatura automatica di sicurezza

Questo dispositivo di sicurezza effettua la chiusura automatica del rubinetto nel caso che la fiamma dei bruciatori si spenga accidentalmente in seguito a correnti d’aria, tra- boccamento di liquidi dal recipiente o per momentanea mancanza di gas nella rete di distribuzione. Tale dispositivo entra in funzione dopo circa 30 secondi dallo spegni- mento della fiamma.

Manutenzione e pulizia

Pulizia e manutenzione del piano di cottura

-Tutte le parti in acciaio inox 18/10 rimarranno sempre come nuove se si avrà cura di pulirle con acqua, asciugandole poi accuratamente.

-Per ripristinare la brillantezza originale, utilizzate periodicamente l’apposita pasta “Inox Creme Franke” e “Panno Microfibra Franke” reperibili presso il Vostro rivenditore o presso i Centro Assistenza Tecnica Franke.

-Bisogna evitare nel modo più assoluto l’uso della paglietta o lana d’acciaio, acido muriatico o altro che possa graffiare o smerigliare.

-Evitare di lasciare sul piano sostanze acide e alcaline ed oggetti di ferro arruginiti.

-I bruciatori o gli spartifiamma si possono pulire, dopo averli tolti dal piano, con acqua calda saponata, quindi vanno asciugati con cura. Accertarsi che le zone di passaggio del gas siano perfettamente pulite.

-Le griglie poggiapentole, nella sezione di appoggio delle pentole, altereranno il loro colore naturale, per l’azione del calore. Per la pulizia procedere come per i bruciatori.
