Estes aparelhos são de tipo “Y” pelo que diz respeito ao grau de proteção contra os riscos de incêndio, podendo dessa forma ser encaixados inclusive perto de paredes de madeira mais altas do que o plano em que os mesmos são montados, desde que seja observada uma distân- cia mínima da borda do aparelho de ao menos: 50 mm para a parede lateral, 30 mm para a parede traseira, ao passo que os eventuais móveis suspensos situados por cima da placa de cozedura devem ser montados a uma distância mínima de 700 mm da mesma.

Ligação à canalização do gás

A ligação à canalização do gás pode ser efetuada de duas maneiras:

A)Ligar a placa de cozedura ao gás utilizando um tubo rígido de cobre com diâmetro de 12 mm, como indica- do na fig. 5. Para garantir uma boa vedação, interpor o empanque em elastômero fornecido como acessório em dotação.

B)Ligar a placa de cozedura com tubo flexível em aço à parede contínua. Também neste caso, para garantir uma boa vedação, interpor o empanque fornecido como
