Válvula automática de segurança

Este dispositivo de segurança fecha automaticamente a torneira do gás no caso em que a chama dos queimadores venha a apagar-se acidentalmente devido a correntes de ar, transbordamento de líquidos do recipiente ou ainda pela momentânea falta de gás na rede de distribuição. Esse dispositivo entra em função depois de cerca de 30 segundos do apagamento da chama.

Limpeza e manutenção da placa de cozedura

-Todas as peças em aço inox 18/10 ficarão sempre como novas se forem limpadas com água e secadas em seguida com muito cuidado.

-Para recobrar o brilho original, utilizar periodicamente a massa própria “Inox Creme Franke e o pano em microfibra Franke”, que poden ser encontrados junto ao seu reven- dedor ou no Centro de Assistência Técnica Franke.

-Deve ser absolutamente evitado o uso de palhas de aço, ácido muriático ou outro que possa arranhar ou esmerilhar.

-Evite-se deixar sobre a placa de cozedura substâncias ácidas e alcalinas bem como objetos de ferro enferrujados.

-Os queimadores ou os repartidores de chama se podem limpar, tendo-os antes tirado da placa de cozedura, com água quente e sabão, adicionada com detergente, devendo em seguida ser secados com muito cuidado. Certificar-se de que as zonas por onde passa o gás estejam perfeitamente limpas.

-A cor natural das grades, na seção de apoio das panelas, ficará alterada pela ação do calor. Para sua limpeza, o processo é o mesmo usado para os queimadores.
