Problem Solution

No picture or sound.

• The camera is not pr operly conne cted: Connect the c amera properly (P 72).

• An A/V cable wa s connected du ring movie play back: Connect th e camera once movie playback has

ended.

• Input on the televi sion is set to “T V”: Set input to “VIDEO”.

• The camera is not se t to the correc t video standa rd: Match the camera Q VIDEO SYST EM setting to

the TV (P 108).

• The volume on the TV i s too low: Adjust the volume.

No color Match the camera Q VIDEO SYSTEM setting to the TV (P 108).

The computer does not

recognize the camera. Be sure the camera and computer are correctly connected (P 84).

Can not transfer RAW or

JPEG files to computer. Use the bundled software to transfer pictures (P 80).

Pictures can not be

printed.

• The camera is not pr operly conne cted: Connect the c amera correctly (P 74).

• The printer is of f: Turn the printer on.

Only one copy is printed/

the date is not printed. The printer is not PictBridge compatible.

The camera is unrespon-

sive.

• Temporary camer a malfuncti on: Remove and reinsert the bat tery (P 10).

• The battery is ex hausted: Charge the bat tery (P 9) or insert a fully-charged spare battery (P 10).

The camera does not

function as expected. Rem ove and reinsert the battery (P 10). If the problem persists, contact your FUJIFILM dealer.

No sound. Turn silent mode off (P 101).
