CONVENTIONS FOR ALERT MESSAGES

This manual uses the following conventions for alerts to prevent physical or property damages to users or by standards.

CONVENTIONS USED IN THIS MANUAL

The MAU3147NC/NP, MAU3073NC/NP, and MAU3036NC/NP disk drives are described as "the intelligent disk drive (IDD)", "the drive" or "the device" in this manual.
