8 Using Internal LAN
Connection
Some types of this PC series have a

ELECTRIC SHOCK
•Make sure to turn off the power of the PC unit and remove the AC adapter when you connect a LAN Cable, or you may experience electric shock.
ELECTRIC SHOCK
•When it thunders in the vicinity, turn off the power of the PC unit and remove the AC
adapter and a LAN cable, or the thunder may destroy the PC and cause fire.
CAUTION
ELECTRIC SHOCK
• Do not insert your finger into LAN connector, or you may experience electric shock.
1Turn off the power of the PC unit and remove the AC adapter.
2Connect the LAN connector on the PC unit and the network with a LAN cable.
Critical Points
To remove the plug from the LAN connector, draw it while holding down the lug. Otherwise damages may occur.
It is recommended to use the AC adapter when using a LAN because
the power consumption increases.
If the PC has the connector box installed, The LAN connector on the PC cannot be used. Use that on the connector box.
